Anybody have or know anyone have alrealy approved but unused/extra LC (labor Certificate)? LC can be tranfered, computer related or business related all work. I am willing to pay a fee to you or anyone related, to get it transfered to me.

Only Employers could do that for their employees....but not any single person

LC is the property of the employer. If company A is having a unused LC after laying off any green-card applicant, the same LC could be used for another employee of the same company A only, if the skills set/job description matches. Company A\'s LC can not used for Company B. A person can not sell LC.
