Yesterday's Denied/Withdrawn Case

Don't just jump into conclusion - if you check this case on their web site, it clearly says "we mailed a notice acknowledging withdrawal of this application". So, it was not BCIS decision .. looks like the applicant decided to withdraw the case for whatever reason.

One of my friend was working for one company and they started his GC. His 140 was filed and had very good relation with that employeer. Then he joined another company and started a new GC. For 2nd company he filed CP. He got his GC through CP before 485 was approved. So he decided not to respond his 485 RFE and that case was rejected after 3 months.
