The journey....

PD - Oct. 2000
RD - Jan. 2002
FP1 - Jul. 2002
RFE/AC21 - Sep. 2003
FP2 - Dec. 2003
AD - Feb. 5 2004 (My wedding anniversary date)

This journey is nerve wrecking. It is like a long long dark tunnel.
I look back and think going through the entire process without this forum. This forum keeps our spirits alive and keeps us sane through the dark dark tunnel. Nothing is more important than the communication among the support group.
Thank you FORUM...creators..members...everybody.

Any experience with Baltimore stamping? Is this walk-in process?

Good luck and keep this forum

congrats and good luck. But just one question before u leave....

To support your AC21 what all documents you sent? Also, did u change ur job after 180 days of I485 filing or before that.

Will really appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you

My RFE and AC21 occured at the same time. I joined new employer on Sept. 1, got RFE on Sept. 2. I don't know good or bad. Since I had already started new job, the lawyer suggested doing AC21 along with RFE response.

RFE was for employment: W2, Tax Returns and employement letter.

AC21 Documents: Employment letter + new paystubs.

One paystub

Actually just one paystub since I had just started with the new employer and did not want to wait for the 2nd. I was trying to repspond to the RFE as quickly as possible.
