Hi again guys,

Well my husband and me did the fingerprints last week. Today, We called FBI and both fingerprints results were sent to USCIS.
I just received a yellow letter with my application receipt number and says:

Case File Review Notice / Interview Document Check List

They are requesting to bring documents to my naturalization interview:

blabla,...if you have a document in any language other than english, it must be provided with a full english translation. The translator must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate. You must provide both the foreign language document and the english translation............

Bring your state-issued driver´s license or state-issued photo identification card.

So They are requiring to bring DL.

Sorry to put all the information but I want to help somebody else if receive this type of letter.
My question:

Is it a regular letter that USCIS send you before sending you the interview letter with the appointment???. I think it is to early to send me the interview letter but I don´t know. I am sure you guys are expert in the process.
Please let me know.
Thanks

My yellow letter: in your YL you mentioned that u have arrested

I never been arrested in my life. I have been cited and paid fine for speeding ticket.
I don't understand why they have mention like that. I hope this doesn't trigger mire investigation. In application I did mention about my citation for speeding two years ago.
I reread that sentence in application. It does mention about arrest/citation as in one sentence. Why don't they separate them for God sake. Please let me know your opinions

Thanks

Me and my wife both got Yellow Letters today ....

asking for "Bring your state-issued driver´s license or state-issued photo identification card"

We did our FP 5/4/10.

I called USCIS and the lady who answered the Call said she dont know any thing... and she was kind enough to put me to an Immigration Officer, who told me that thats a regular mail... (nothing to worry).. and he told me that the Invenview is NOT scheduled.... and when i ask him when can i expect.... he said with in 60 DAYS....

My YL says: "in your application you said you have been arrested" provide certified evidence

The only think I mentioned in my application is speeding ticket citation. That is all.
I don't understand why they have to say that I mentioned that "I have been arrested".
I never mentioned those exact words.
I request to those who mentioned speeding ticket citation in their application and received similar YL, please let me know if they received similar YL with exact same words???

The YL is generated from the answers you check. Unfortunately, they simplify "detained, cited, arrested" as "arrested". Don't worry. If you were cited, take the disposition of those tickets along with you.

Thanks

Thanks Sanjoseaug20 for taking time to alleviate my anxiety.
