Yellow Forms - To File or Not to file

Hi:

My lawyer didn\'t get any yellow forms. But I got them with our FP notice copies (done more than 1.5 months ago). Lawyer office\'s preference is not to file yellow forms since they didn\'t get any, and believe that these are being phased out. They can file, if I ask them to do the same.

Who does usually get these forms? Any opinions? Should these be filed?

It is better to post the information if you dont have any problems, such as change of jobs or merger of companies. If you dont do it, it may 80% chances of surfacing in the end.

I was in the same boat. My attorney suggested not to file the yellow form but wait for RFE. I got the RFE and GC got approvedafter 3 weeks of sending the Employment letter. Hope this helps.
I feel its better to send the yellow form to save some time.

I got the yellow forms directly to me. I have sent it to the lawyer along with employment letter and i believe my lawyer filed it.
