Yellow form ???/

I have seen on the discussions something about the \'Yello Form\'. Could someone enlighten me on what this is and who gets it ?

Now on a serious note, Yellow form is really not a big deal. It is an optional (not mandatory) information requested by INS to check your current employment status sometime during the 485 processing. If the information is not submitted at the time yellow form arrives, same employment check may be done later close to 485 approval. Hope this answers to your question.
