Yellow Form + Employment RFE

I sent the employment letter along with the Yellow form.

Sometime down the road is it possible INS sends me an RFE to verify my employment a second time?

So, even if you send letter w/yellow form, INS still can ask for RFE? What kind of RFE, PL. explain someone. thanks

If the I-140 was under EB-11 for which no US employment is required, will INS still ask for employment verification during the I-485 process?

At what stages they would ask so?

If the person is out of job or change a job what would happen?
