Yellow colored letter: You indicated you have been arrested

Today I received 2 letters a) Interview invite and b) A Yellow-colored letter that says "You indicated in your application that you have been arrested. ...."

I never indicated in my application about any arrest. In N-400 part-10, out of Questions 15-21, I only answered Q16 as "yes" and explained the traffic tickets.

Anyone also received such letter? What additional steps needed?

Same here. Listed traffic violations -> received the same letter.

Speaking about steps to take - others have recommended collecting all proof that you can find that your tickets were paid and cases closed. I'm bringing the following:
- Originals and copies of all documents (notices, cancelled checks, certificates from traffic school, court clerk receipts, etc)
- Certified document from the court that shows status of all cases (older ones do not even appear on their list)
- Copy of my driving record that shows that I have no unpaid citations

I would only show documents once they ask, of course... but still bringing them.

I have received a "driving history" document from DMV for my current state (state-1). It does not show any driving violations as the violations are not in the system anymore. The traffic court record copy that I obtained has record of only 1 violation as opposed to total traffic violations.

For violations in a previous state (state-2), I only have a "complete driver's history" document that I ordered recently which lists violations there and says the account is "in good standing". It doesn't show receipt or all violations paid.


My question is:
- Is this sufficient for interview? I do not have record of all violations and the receipt to show that they are paid because of the above.
- Is it a bad sign IO saying "decision can't be made" and its chances?
