YEEEEES! Approved!! WAC02-103 on 07/13/04

Hi Guys,

Finally our cases were approved (my husband and me) on 07/13/04.
I just received the emails (12.00 pm) and checked online as well and I can see the magic words!!

Thanks for everyone on this forum, the information is really useful here!!!

Details:

RD - 02/05/02
WAC 02-103-5XXXX
Same employer, No RFE
2nd FP was received on 06/08/04
LUDs: 06/14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 07/3, 5, 9, 12, 13, 14

I have sent 3 fax inquires (1 -Level 1, and 2 -Level 2), 2 1-800 no. inquires (after the first one I didn't received any response, so called back after 30 days), plus two inquires to Donald Neufeld. My lawyer called CSC as well....
