The previous threads became large and number of people got approved. Let us start a new one for us - the desperatly waiting guys.....

PD: 9/1999, RD:12/22/2000, ND: 01/03/2001, FP:5/2001, I-140 for CP.

Approval seems so close but yet so far away... :(

I\'ve been checking the AVM everyday and the same old message is still playing: "Your I-485... was received... blah blah blah"...

Talked to IIO yesterday for the first time : "Your case is in the adjudication section and no decision has been reached yet".

RD OCT 2000 ND DEC 2000 STILL PENDING, its been 7 weeks since I called, last time IIO said 30 days, I will try to call some time next week
 
Dec case still pending no RFE - RD - 11/00 ,ND - 12/00,AP - ?

No good news yet.Waiting continues...
