Today we received a notice to appear for the interview in SF on November 20. I was sure we would get an RFE for something or other, but instead we get this. Totally unexpected!
For those who are into following these things (I know I was for sure), we received the notice on the 38th day after our RD. There was no online activity just prior to this -- no online updates indicating that an interview notice was sent, no emails, nothing. I did notice that the 485 and 765 files were touched on 9/20, the day after my FP/Bio, but I didn't get any emails and my status didn't change. So at least in my case, the online case update system was not terribly predictive of anything.
