Can't beleive it....My case and my wife case has been approved on june 24 ,2004. I got an email this morning from USCIS. I am relaxed now.....
it's party time..let's go..this forum is very helpful...wish all the best for others GC pending applicants.

Changed employment..used AC21 rule (salary is less compared to previous job and diff title too)
RFE issued on April 2nd for 2 years W2 and emplyment verification and 3 recent paystubs, RFE response recived by USCIS on April 15th.
2nd FP scheduled on may 20th (but went for early fp)..
had an customer service enquiry by email on may 25th, I don't know whether it is really did help?)
I live in MI which comes under NSC but applied GC thru CSC.

Wow .. they started making enquiry via emails tooo .. :eek: if you dont mind, what was the EMAIL-ENQUIRY for??

As USCIS recived my RFE response on april 15 th. I did call up National Customer service on may 25 th. and asked them about JIT date (I was passed 30days even after RFE response). She said..."u should have approved by this time" .(but at this point , my FP results were not recived by USCIS. but she did not mention it).she siad she is going to put an email enquiry..she took all the info about case...(like recipt and name and address..)..My 2nd FP
results were recived by USCIS on June 5th..(I remember ,u mentioned that, I may get my aaproval end of this month)..any best of luck to u...I am free

Do u have any idea when i can expect my plastic card. I live in michigan , probably i may go to detroit for PP stamping...plastic card is going to be delayed as i live in michigan (not in CA)...?

I did NOT do any faxes (level1 and level 2)..Just I called once Customer service..they initiated email enquiry...do u have any idea when i am going to get my plastic card??...

In the RFE, did they ask about the date you left the sponsering company? did they care to verify that you only left after 180 days?

I did leave sponsering company after 360 days..and USCIS did ask"If i am not working for Original petioner...explany why? under AC21 regualtion"....that's all..but I explained in AC21 letter with previous company salary and responsibilities and with new emplyment date..
