BCIS Reply to Senator on 10/14/03:
Because of the security and name check up the case were delayed. But the checks was completed for our cases. You will hear the decision with in an average of 30 days depending on the officer work load.
Again on 11/17/2003 I Contacted Senator to request to check for the delay and to follow up the cases....
and approved yesterday 11/19/2003.
