EAC-01-251-5xxxx, Receipt Date : 21 Aug 2001. Approval Date : 29 Oct 2001.
Got a copy of approval notice from the lawyer today. Approved for CP.

AVM still gives the original message " We have received...will take 180 - 240 days...". Even spoke to the IIO last week and she told that she didnot know the status but they had started September cases. Am quite relieved now.

Thanks a lot. I called 802-5274913 during business hours..You may have to try continuosly for about 15-20 mins for the line to get through...After getting through the phone number I was on hold to get to the IIO for about 45 mins..

Hey Ajay! Congrats! Good luck for your CP. I am still waiting. No news yet. I think I am the only one waiting for I-140 from August filed. Hope something will happen soon. Again, Good luck Ajay.

Donot worry...You will see your approval soon..You can try talking to your lawyer..as it seems that AVM is not being updated lately...

Finally my I-140 got approved on 11/16. Thank God. Moving on to file I-485. Thanks for all the guys in this forum for sharing status.
