Yaar, some one clear my confusion

My wife had her LUD changed fourth time today (12/01), where as mine stayed the same at 11/11.

What does this mean??? Do you guys think BCIS is capable of approving my wife's case before approving mine!!! They seem to be moving forward with her case now!!! (my wife's is secondary applicant and mine is primary)

In any case I would be happy...but I just find this thought amusing and confusing.

Yes, there are cases, derivative is approved even though primary is not approved..!! Search the forum..
 
Not so Lazy Vs Lazy!!!

My wife's LUD changed again today !!!! Mine did not budge from 11/11

Looks like they have split our papers amongst two officers....one is "Not so Lazy" and "other is Lazy".

I do not think there are any "Active" officers at BCIS :-)

I had the same problem too. on 11/15 my and wife's both LUD changed and then on 11/23 only wife's LUD changed but after that on 11/30 i got approval and no change in Wife's case.


Are you expecting any kind of RFE for you wife? that may be the other reason that your case will be straight forward and thats why no LUD change and wife's case may need few things and thats why they routing that to RFE dept or something.

the sameting hapened to me..my case of straight no problems. but for wife she is expecting RFE for her medicals.

i am thinking you will get approved prior to your wife and even pretty soon.
