wrong start date on Labor certification

I am ready to file my I485 and the lawyer just realized that the start date on my labor certification is earlier than the begin date on my I94 for my current employer. What are the chances that I will get an RFE for this when they adjudicate my I485 ?
If they do raise a question, can we use 245i since my labor was approved well before April, 2000 ?
Anyone with experience, please answer.

The lawyer who filed my labor certification set a start date in the LC one month before my I94 date. Our company is using a different lawyer now. My current lawyer saya that they will not object for
unauthorized employment if the period is less than 180 days or we are
protected under 245i and have to pay $1000 as penalty

Since you already got your I-140 approved, and your LC is with them, why do you think INS will go back and verify your LC info. Just write the correct start date in your I-485 application should do it. Anyone, please share your opinion.
 
I hope that you are right

My lawyer also said that the chances of them looking at it is very slim but there could be some officers that get into these details. Hope I don\'t get one of them.
