Wrong signature on infant's OCI - Need help

I received the OCI for me, my daughter and my 9 month old son. I submitted a thumb print of my son with his application. The "Certificate of registration" (The passport like thing) of my son came back with someone else's signature (Instead of his finger print). Rest of all the information is correct in his 'U-VISA' and 'Certificate of registration".

I was looking at the 'MISC services for OCI". They only have options to correct wrong information (like passport number etc) and missing OCI.

What exactly I need to do in this case? Can I keep it as is and travel to India without any problem? Anyone has similar experience? Here when I thought the pain was over, it starts all over again.

I will appreciate any help.

Just for the curious persons, here is the time line of my application:

Applied at CGI, HOUSTON
1. Send forms on 01/18/2008.
2. Acknowledgement: 03/12/2008
3. OCI Approved & Documents printed: 04/12/2008
4. Document received by Houston: 04/24/2008
5. Passport sent: 04/28/2008
6. Passport and OCI document received by me: 05/20/2008

Sorry to hear about the goof up. I would suggest you try getting in touch with Houston but they are notorious for not helping applicants.

You could try asking the SFO guys via email, they at least reply the emails and are actually prompt and diligent with the oci processing!
