Wrong Recieved Date

My application was mailed on June-29th and received on July-02 by NSC J Barret at 10:25 AM. I recieved my receipts recently and checked the Recieved Date is Aug-3 instead of July-2. Have anyone run into this situation, how can this be fixed ?

appreciate it.
 
Also I recieved another notice that the case is transfered to TSC with recieved date as Oct-13th ?
