Wrong PD on I140? anybody?

Folks,

I have a wrong PD on my I140? Does it matter. My actual PD is 03/11/03 but in I140 it lists as 03/11/01.... 2 years older .
Do I need to go by my actual PD or the one on my I140?
Anybody in similar situation?
