Today I received my 140 approval notice and saw that the priority date on it was for Nov 03.
My labor was applied in the SESA in March 03.
Has anyone else seen discrepancy in labor filing date and PD on the 140 approval ?
Any suggestions what can be done regarding this ? Since my case is affected by retrogression, the PD does make a BIG difference.
