I have been in this forum for a long time, even though I didn't
participate the chat before.
I filed I485 at end of 2001, and until today I found that my case has
been transfer to local office for an interview (from INS website). The
problem is that I have changed my work place from CT to MD (I already
notified INS before). But they still transfer my case to CT. What
should I do?
(i) ask INS to correct my address and change to new local office. This
might take very long time.
(ii) just go to CT office for interview. Can they approve my case?
I asked my lawyer, and he recommended the second choice. But I am
still not sure about this.
Anyone had similar experience? Thanks a lot.
Also, is it much more difficult to get approve
with an interview?
