Wrong Information on EAD card

Just got EAD card which was applied March 3. But found the "Country of Birth" is printed as "Unknown", should I correct this information by asking a new card? how?

Call the NSC and find out what can be done. Try to get your call transferred to a Level 2 Inquiry. If you have a attorney, go through him. Should not loose time on this one.
