Wrong fee - rejection notice

Hi everybody!

I received my mom's application for GC back after sending it in July with the old fee. They've sent me everything I originally sent. Should I just put the correct check with the package and send it back, or should I file another new application? (the old one has been scanned and all papers have numbers on the side).
I tried to contacyt USCIC today to no avail (busy).

I'd say file a new application if the old one is already marked somehow, probably leads to less confusion. Also you may want to check online if a newer version of the forms is available since then and use those instead.
