I received my AP month ago and they put wrong DOB. When i pulled copies of my application, i actually typed wrong DOB while applying. I called USCIS and they told me that if I typed or wrote wrong DOB in application, i have to reapply and pay them again.
Do not they check against their database for information like name , DOB etc.
I have attached copies of receipts ( 485 etc. ) with my AP application.
Is there anything i can do to get AP with correct DOB on it without paying them again.
