Wrong DOB at I 797 Notice of Action PLS Help

My H1B transfer was applied through premium processing and got approved within 24 hours and lawyer sent me the approval notice!

On I 797 Notice of Action the bottom right corner of new I 94 shows my date of birth. And the date is wrong!

I called the law office and they said it was their mistake (lawyers) as they filed the H1 Transfer with wrong DOB.

My question is how do I get a corrected I 94 now showing my original DOB (according to passport)? If the lawyer file for the correction now how long it takes to get another corrected notice of action ? If I travel with this new I 797 with I 94 (which should be retained at the departure) when I get back to US again Should I face any problem as my DOB was wrong?

Any help would be appreciated..! Especially any feedback from JIM or Gabriel or any body who faced these kind of problems before!

wondering how long it took after the lawyers had sent the request for a correction? was the correction also treated with premium processing timeframe (10-15), or did you get the approval notice after months?

running into a sort of similar issue.
