Wrong category on plastic card

I have received plastic card for myself,husband, and my two sons.
I checked the inform and found there is one mistake, on category.
Since this is the new arrivals, they should be E12 (for myself on OR) and E14 for my husband and E15 for my sons. Instead, they are E17,E19,E10 for myself/husband/two sons, which is adjustments, not new arrivals. Do I need to fix this one or it's o.k to use?

Did you receive an immigrant visa abroad? If so did you check the immigrant visa itself, it should have the category in it.

No, I received it in Texas.
 
Your answer is not clear; did you file and get approval for immigrant visa at a US consulate abroad OR did you apply and get approvals for I-485 in the US? If you applied for 485 and got it approved, the codes are correct, they reflect adjustment of status to LPR.
If you did immigrant visa processing at a US consulate abroad, you should have received the " new arrivals" codes.

Oh, I got it. I filed 485 in U.S.A and got approval in U.S.A. So, the adjustment are correct because I,m already in U.S.A. If those were happened abroad, it should be new arrivals. It makes sense. Thanks for clarifying me.
