We received the plastic card today, but my husband's card had the wrong date, resident since Nov, 1999,(March, 2004 is the correct). We have had the passports stamped, we are going to travel aboard in May, doed he need correct the card now? and How? THX!

My understanding is that yes, your husband needs to apply for a corrected card.

This is done by submitting an I-90 form to your local USCIS office. The form is available at:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-90.htm

In your case you will not have to pay a filing fee, since the card contains incorrect data due to an administrative error.

Your husband will have to enclose his incorrect card to the application and then wait several months (could be over a year) for the new card to arrive.

Any tracker for I-90 ?
