Wrong birth Date in approved I-140

My approved I-140 has a wrong birth date. Please let me know what should I do to inform INS?

My approved I-140 has a wrong birth date too .........

If anybody are got into same situation, post your case.
My approved I-140 has a wrong birth date too according to NVC. As they adviced, I send proof of DOB. Will take 10 days to get a feedback.
