Wrong ASC??

Looks like TSC or scheduling center messed up again :( !
I received FP notice today. But it has wrong ASC(Maimi,FL, never lived there), where as I live in OK. Name and the A# is correct on the notice. Now I am puzzled what options I have.
Should I just take the FP notice and go to OKCity ASC or call and ask for another FP?

Also, if any one had early FP done at OKCity, share your experience please!

okdude,

I have read before that I-485 applicants went to a different ASC (from what was scheduled) and were able to do their FPs. There is a barcode on the FP notice. As long as the system at the local ASC reads and accepts the barcode, you should be fine. I will go ahead and go to your nearest ASC and explain the situation to them.

okdude,
I had the same issue like yours. But I lived before in that ASC's area. strange thing is that, they issue FP at a different ASC and the notice is mailed to you to your current address! I took my FP notice to the local ASC and told them that I moved long ago. They accepted my notice and got FPed about 2 weeks ahead of the original FP scheduled date. So, don't worry. Approach your local ASC. But go with enough info like, passport, EAD, Driver's License and I-94.

Thanks for the reply!

That's what I am going to do. I will go and try my luck ahead of the appointment date/time.

Here is the longer version of the story.
I know TSC has my correct mailing address. On the FP notice, they had my address wrong. who ever sends the FP, send it to wrong address in FL on Mar 18th. Since there is no such person/address, I think post office returned it back to TSC. And the mail must have been laying there till last week. This is when my wife called again to find out what's happening to the FP. . IIO said that he is going to mail FP again.. (I think, he meant the returned mail).
Strangely enough, he also attached the returned mail envelope to the FP, and wrote our current address by hand to the mail we received!
