Hi Guys!
I just found out yesterday that my son's AP and husband's EAD were mailed to the wrong address. I called the Customer Service and was told that it was a typo error on the street number they put on the receipt notice. The lady whom I spoke with initiated a service request to correct the mistake that they made. She advised me to call back again in 30 days to confirm if the address has been amended. So beware!!If you think that you have not received your receipt notices within a reasonable amount of time, it won't hurt to call USCIS to find out if they have your correct address on their file. Do not wait till few weeks have elapsed. Be proactive!
