Hi guys: One of my friends took the citizenship test and passed a year ago. Her case is still pending; reason unknown. Now she wants to write to her senator for assistance. Question; Does anyone on this forum has a model letter that I can refer to...I know it was posed before, but couldn't find it..,thanks in advance...

your friend might just try using the privacy act waiver request from his/her local congressman office to make them contact USCIS about status case. Or just call to the senator's office about the process for inquiry on inmmigration cases.
