Writing to NSC for missing Fingerprint..worked

Just thought of sharing this info if someone is in the same boat. I got my 2nd set of FP notice in May but was missing for my wife. I wrote a letter the first week of may.

Last week she got a notice for August 03rd. Went in for early FP today and done without any issues.

What did you write ? You have any procedure or template of letter...Can you send me that please? one of my frd's wife has same problem.....

Nothing specific format as such !!

I just attached the 485 /Finger print copies and explained them they have missed sending the FP notices to the dependant.
