Writing to Congressman?

Hello guys:

My RD is Mar'04 but the case is still pending security check. Can I write to my Congressman to speed up the process? and if so, should I ask the congressman to contact CIS or FBI? Any sample letter to the congressman? Thanks.

Congressman will tell you exactly that -- Pending security check. Go FBI first.
