Hello,

I used black pen to write Name on the back of photo instead of pencil for my spouse's I-485 and I-765.

Will INS reject Photos for EAD and I-485 application?

Does anyone have such experience??

Thanks

I too used a pen instead of a pencil and the EAD got approved without any problem. If application is complete with required documents, fees and correct immigration pictures, there should be no problem.

Best wishes,

Jigesh

Not required

I did not write anything either but I recently got my EAD renewed. I don't know who invented such a stupid rule. It is like writing the address of the recipient on the back of a postage stamp before pasting it on an envelope.

Yes. Thats true. its stupit rule but i assume it can be helpful when INS mixes phtographs and misplace it. INS can track it by Name and A# to particular application.
