writing case number and full name on docs(DV LOTTERY)

Hi all,

Do we need to write case number and full name on forms DSP 122,DS 230?
How about on photos?

good question. I did not do that when sending in my forms. DSP-122 has a field where you input your case number, but DS-230 does not. So it would not hurt you if you do write your case number on upper right-hand corner of DS-230. i would not write anything on the photos, though.

you can write case number , dob and anme on the back of photos with pencil
