What happened to that ? or any lawsuit against the USCIS ...?

I thought it has taken the shape and ready to be filed ... after Rjiv's couple of posts regarding the lawsuit .....

Did it subside already ? Please update us ..... and let us know what we can do to make it a reality ......

Or Let me know the link where I can find more information on the same on this forum . .......
 
There is an 'important' thread right on top of the VSC page that will provide a lot of detail on the progress of the lawsuit. The last I knew, Rajiv had asked a colleague to research the grouds for the suit and work is still being carried on with not much success thus far. There is a lot of ground being covered on collecting contributions etc. though, and you may be able to enroll and contribute, should you be interested.
