DO any of you know about any attorney who is specialized at this. My name check is pending since Feb 2005. I am stuck and dont want to just keep waiting. Any pointers to right information is appreciated

Did you try through senator/congresman. Mine got cleared recently. I was also in the same idea, but luckily it got cleared. My senator's office was very much helpful. If you have already tried, just ignore this.
