wow...I 140 Approoooooved !!! in 38 days

Good news,
My I 140 approved yesterday. i got email notification
long story..

i applied my Labor from NY city in Sept 2nd week of 2001,
i was layoffed in 7th year, no where to go
at last i find one company from Maine, they filed my Labor in
feb 2004, got approved in july 2004
applied my 140/ead/ap/485 on sept 13th

i got ead/ap approved in 9 days on sept 22,but postman send back to BCSIS,waiting for my ead to come once again
my wife got query on passport, we replied
she got approved ead yesterday

140 also got approved yesterday, only 38 days it took to approve

now just waiting for eads to come and for 3rd and Final stage 485 still there

Wow, congrats mainegc. This is maddening, the erratic way these govt agencies work. some people have been waiting for I-140 approval in eb3 VSC for more than a year. I got mine approved in 1.5 months, but they put me in EB3 instead of EB2. The whole thing is so capricious. #$%^%$^%$

it would be helpful if someone can answers these...

Can the time it takes to approve I140 from VSC really depends on whether 485 is filed concurrently or not?
Can the time it takes to approve I140 from VSC really depends on EB2 and EB3 categories?
