Finally after 11 year i got this Green card WOW so Happy
Lil about 11 year
i came USA and apply for asylum got Asylum approved in first 3 month..
then after year i apply for I 485 ( SOME STUPID LAWYER) 2002 i believe..
Then Long wait long wait LONGGGGGGGGGG Wait
3 time finger print 9 EAD things like that
Finally i got Interview when i go interview DEC 2008 IO denial right on spot cause i don't take some Police report ..I had 2 DWI and 3 Time Driving Suspend (SORRY am not proud of it i just want u guys know )
SO IO denied my I 485 on spot ,, and tel me re_apply it ,,,,
Then I file Motion around JAN 2009 Which Also GOT DENIAL....
WOW seem like am not gona have GC never ,,,,
Then i have to start all over again
I re apply on July 23 2009 For ND is July 28 2009 ....(TSC)
Guess what i was expecting around six Month .. i check online status all the time on ONLINE system .... \
One Day on August 28 i found out My I 485 Approved i just cant believe it Cause i don't even got My Code 3 Biometric How that happen ...
Then i call my Lawyer he didn't believe that then i call USCIS they said i got I 485 Approved ...... WOW I still don't believe it... (the way My RAP SHEET LOL)
any way i was keep waiting waiting my GC and one day i call again and i got Thru TSC talk to IO she said we don't have u r Biometric we can print out u r card thts why... she tell me am going to schedule u r biometric u gona get letter for appointment ASC...(Which i never Get it)
and i apply for I 131 Sept 29 2009 NSC they send me BIO Code 3 for I 131 ,,, i went ASC for CODE 3 for I 131 on Oct 14 09 after i done that i ask to talk to ASC supervisor I explain ASC Supervisor i tell her my I 485 is approved they don't have my PHOTO INDEX SIGNATURE (code 2) she said let me find out then she said it is ok she tell me to go fill the form am gona set u for CODE 3 (which i don't like why?? Cause code 3 go to FBI Check then am gona stuck again or can be any my problem like DWI then am gona stuck again )i ask he " MEM" i have to do code 2 not Code 3 cause got already I485 APPROVED ..
Finally she said ok we gona tek only photo wow i was happy that time so i went code 2 she took Photo Index signature ......Here we gooo........
LOL next day July 15 09 i got e mail Card production ordered ...then mail then i got this card in my hand
