Wow!!! AOS AD 10/01; Cards 12/01

Surprised or what! 485 approved towards end 10/01 and cards received today. Approved by VSC, stamped in TSC area in 11/01. Envelope does not have "Return Service Requested", "Address Service Requested", etc.

Card looks like a high tech gizmo on the back side. Picture, signature, DOB, Country, EAC#, etc. encoded on the reverse with what appear to be pictures of American Presidents! The back is more impressive than my mug on the front!!
 
Do you know TSC or VSC sent the card?

What happened to me is samilar to your situation. My 485 was
approved at NSC, PP at VSC. When I checked the voice system
in NSC, I got "last written notice ... was returned on... please call
to make sure the address is correct?" . NSC actually has my
current address where I got the approve notice. I am confused
and not sure what to do. Any suggestion?
