Would you suggest hiring lawyer for H1-B transfer

Hi,

Just received an offer from a small company (100 ppl). My job would still be the same as current one in a F500 company. The thing is I need to handle the h1-b transfer on my own and the fees will be paid out of my signing bonus.

Would you suggest hire a lawyer to do the H1-B transfer? I know it's not mandatory, but worth it, for transfer only? Know of any good lawyers in FL you would recommend?

First of all in this economy you want to leave a F500 for a small one, I hope you are not taking a risk of completely jeopardizing your H1. Think twice before you make a move, don't put all of your eggs in one basket. With talks of a double dip recession and a possible Iran war looming, if I were you I will stick with F500, but then you know your situation better, whatever you do, best of luck anyways!
