My employer would like to file an RIR now (they have completed all recruitment) and withdraw my previously filed regular LC in Sept 2002 (it has not been reviewed by the SWA).
I have two questions:
1) Would it benefit to file RIR now and withdraw the prior regular labor application
2) Also in case we decide to file under PERM within 210 days-
Can we use the priority date of the Sept 2002 application or can we only use the priority date of the RIR application.
