Would unlawful presence affect GC process during CP?

My dependents (wife and child) overstayed their I-94 by 107 days. We then went to canada and came back. They were given a new I-94 based on thier visa validity.

Now, I have choosen CP for my GC process. Any idea, if their overstay would affect our GC process?

Any inputs will be appreciated.

It would have been a Red flag had the overstay exceeded 180 days. You and your dependents should be fine.
