Would This be considered FRAUD

I have filed for I-130 for my husband, He is a Canadaian Citizen and flew in for a visit during the Holidays. Innitially we were going to do the processing using the K3 or waiting for full counsular processing. My Question is now that he is here would it be possible to adjust status. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Since his intent when he crossed the border wasn't to immigrate, I don't think it's a fraud.
However, you guys will have to convinve the immigration officer.
Changing your intent is not a fraud.

I would say your ok, does he have a round trip ticket? That you can use to show he didt intend to stay...I would say ya'll should be ok for him to adjust within the us without a problem..Good luck on whatever you choose to do
