I am in the last stage of the adjudication process with valid EAD and AP but my H1 and visa stamp is not valid anymore. My wife and I are planning to take a vacation (a week). I know I probably wont have any problems at port of entry but my question is -
1) Do the authorities where you take the plane to return (eg mexico, europe, canada etc) bother if you have a valid stamp??
2) Would they know what advance parole is and let me return?
This is probably not the right forum but many of you are in the same boat and would have taken trip abroad when your h1 was not valid. I am soliciting response from the gurus and people who have had similar experience.
