Hello, I don't see any new approvals from Nebraska after 6/18/07 (This is the latest received date from trackitt.com) for EB2 India case.
I have also heard that they might have ran out of A# for this quarter. Which means, you can't see any new approvals until the 1st quarter of next year.
Is that true? I didn't mean to scar anybody. Even, i am waiting for GC.
Here is my case.
Labour filed: March 2003 - EB2, India
485 receipt date - 12-July-07
EAD approved on 26-september-07
AP approved on 24-Oct-07
GC - Still waiting...
Initially, I was hoping to get it by end of this year. But after hearing and seeing the trend on trackitt, i lost my hope for this year. But current hope is that, i should get it by next year 1st quarter.
Please update/correct me if I am wrong.
