Would my wife get RFE for sure?

My depends files are also with same officer but all of them *pending*.
IIO told me that it was assigned on Aug1st at 9AM And would take around 6 weeks. So what does this pending realy means?
He checked our FP and I asked him about the medical too.
IIO said every thing looks good. My wife was pregnant when medical was done. Are there cases who got Approval without RFE under same situation.? Please share the observations.

Hi Kakadi,
   My friend\'s wife was also pregnent, when they applied I-485 in CSC. She got RFE for medicals. During that time, since she was feeding the baby, doctors refused to apply the immunization shots. She explained it with doctor\'s certificate and got the approval.

My friends wife was pregnant at the time of 485 and recently they got their approval without RFE!!! @ VSC

That\'s realy good news I wanted to hear. I work for Rapidigm And after Jackie Martinaz has left I was not sure if a RFE is issued who will help out. If the cases are approved without RFE thats too good.
