PD Transfer (Eb3- Eb2)
I had filed 485 in EB3 at NSC with my previous company. Now I am working
for a different company and they filed for my PERM EB2 and y'day, my 140 PP (at CSC) got approved with the previous PD recaptured. Now I don't have to file for 485 as it is already
pending at NSC through my previous company. I wanted to know if my 485
would be transferred to CSC and what the next steps would be, like do we need to inform NSC of my PD change etc. Thank you for your comments.
EB3 through Company A
PD - Oct 2002
I140 and I485 concurrently filed on Oct 2003 at NSC
AD - I140 Nov 2004
Eb2 through Company B
PERM filing date september 2006
PERM AD - September 2006 (Within two weeks)
I140 ND - October 19, 2006 at CSC
I140 AD - October 25, 2006
