Would LCA be valid?

I filed LCA from NJ in Apr'2002 from a company let's say A.
In Dec'2003, company A is sold to company B. Company B has an office in NY. If I get my LCA approved, would it be valid? If LCA remains valid, would there be any problems in I-140 processing, since company A wouldnt be in the picture.

I would appreciate your reply.
