would i get refused with my arrest record?

I got a arrest record about two years ago with the charge of the domestic violence. The case was resolved by my pleading the guilty and signing a judgement withheld agreement which stated that if i don't have any trouble again within one year and successfully complete a treatment program, the case would be dismissed. One year later, the case was dimissed.
Since i am going to apply for the renewal of my F1 visa, i am wondering if i will be refused by having this arrest record?

I am very upset about this and really appreicate any helpful reply.
